Sauteed Banana Splits

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 bananas, peeled and halved length-wise
- 2 cups ice cream (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry)
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup or fudge sauce
- 1 cup fat-free whipped topping
- 4 tbsp dry roasted peanuts or walnuts

Preparation:
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add bananas and saute 2-3 minutes, until just golden.
- Transfer bananas to shallow dessert bowls and top with ice cream, chocolate syrup, whipping topping, and nuts.
