Lemon Pepper Salmon

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 salmon fillets (about 5 oz ea)
- salt to taste
- lemon pepper seasoning to tste
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
|
Preparation:
- Heat oil in large fry pan over medium-high heat.
- Season both sides of salmon with salt and lemon pepper.
- Add salmon to hot pan and cook until browned, about 2 minutes per side.
- Add vinegar to pan and cook until fish is just cooked through--fork tender--and liquid has evaporated (about 2 minutes).
