Endlessly versatile home cooked meals, ready in minutes
Salmon flesh is generally orange to red in colour, although there are some examples of white fleshed wild salmon.

Serves 4

Lemon Pepper Salmon
Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 5 oz ea)
  • salt to taste
  • lemon pepper seasoning to tste
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Preparation:
  1. Heat oil in large fry pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season both sides of salmon with salt and lemon pepper.
  3. Add salmon to hot pan and cook until browned, about 2 minutes per side.
  4. Add vinegar to pan and cook until fish is just cooked through--fork tender--and liquid has evaporated (about 2 minutes).
